Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Heat Exchange division. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all project phases, collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, identifying necessary resources and project timelines.
- Lead cross-functional teams to work towards project goals and objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure clear communication between team members, management, and stakeholders.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management.
- Maintain adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience executing projects involving packaged products for the oil and gas sector.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in English.
