Be part of a charismatic and dedicated team of professionals committed to providing quality study away experiences to U.S. College and University students. /ph3Resident Coordinator Role /h3pstrongSupervise LLI Apartments and Student Life /strong /pulliProvide an example of a Christ follower to every student in the LLI program: by behavior, actions, and words /liliLive in a Dominican Convent in a contemporary neighborhood of Rome alongside students /liliMaintain awareness of the semester calendar schedule and communicate to students both in-person and via email/WhatsApp/social media about activities and events /liliMaintain attention to the property, including but not limited to keeping receipts, reporting maintenance needs to the program/convent staff, completing a convent inventory, and maintaining overall cleanliness, health, comfort of student housing /liliComplete housing check-in check-out processes with students /liliAct as the point person for all student questions related to health concerns, questions, and/or issues /liliMaintain student health and respond to health concerns, and clinic needs alongside the Director of Student Life /liliFile incident reports /liliAttend LLI staff meetings weekly /liliComplete 4-6 office hours per week through assigned department role /li /ulpstrongDisciple Students /strong /pulliMediate challenges and conflicts among students, in collaboration with the Director of Student Life /liliUphold and encourage students’ behavior, words actions /liliRespond directly to issues, concerns, rumors, and/or actions that violate or could lead to violation of the Living Above Reproach (Behavior Commitment) contract /liliReport any violations to the Director of Student Life within 24 hours of any incident /liliBe available and approachable to students /liliPlan and lead bi-weekly discipleship meetings with every student under your care /liliWeekly lead and facilitate small group discipleship conversations /liliAssist students in understanding the application of all they are learning /liliAdvocate for professors, including the Program Director /liliStock and maintain prevention measures and supplies for potential health issues (first-aid kits) /liliBudget and account for all funds given for discipleship meetings, and provide a financial report to the Program Director at the end of the month /li /ulpstrongLead Student Activities /strong /pulliAid in the planning/marketing of activities and community events including communication. Lead and/or participate in all student activities. /liliProvide educational, cultural, and social weekly activities for students /liliAid in the planning and execution of weekly program meals for students /li /ulh3Program Videographer Role /h3pstrongPosition Overview /strong /ppThis role will involve capturing and editing high-quality video content showcasing student life, excursions, community member spotlights, and promotional videos. In addition to video production, the videographer will play a key role in creating and managing social media content, as well as delegating social media tasks to students. The position requires adaptability, technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. /ppstrongResponsibilities: /strong /pullistrongFilming Editing: /strong Capture engaging footage of students, faculty, and community members during everyday activities, excursions, and special events. Edit video content for various purposes, including student life highlights, promotional materials, and community spotlights. /lilistrongSocial Media Content Creation: /strong Create and upload social media content based on the strategy and deliverables provided at the beginning of the semester in line with the program's marketing goals to highlight student experiences, program activities, and excursions. /lilistrongDelegation of Social Media Tasks: /strong Work with LLI's marketing manager to execute social media deliverables and to connect with student media creators. /lilistrongRevisions Feedback: /strong Work collaboratively with the video department to incorporate feedback and make revisions to videos as necessary before publishing. /lilistrongArchiving Footage: /strong Upload, organize, and maintain an online archive of footage to ensure easy access for future promotional materials. /lilistrongCollaboration: /strong Coordinate with faculty, staff, and students to ensure all video and social media content supports the program’s vision, values, and goals. /lilistrongFlexibility: /strong Adapt to changing schedules and filming environments, including excursions, while ensuring the quality and timeliness of all content. /lilistrongCamera Equipment: /strong Own and use your personal camera equipment (DSLR or mirrorless camera) for filming. /lilistrongTraining Meetings: /strong Attend a pre-semester videography training and virtual check-in meetings with the videography department and manager during the semester. /li /ulpstrongQualifications: /strong /pulliProven experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras (Canon, Sony, Nikon, Fujifilm, etc.). /liliProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and experience with other Adobe Creative Suite programs (e.g., Photoshop, After Effects) is a plus. /liliStrong skills in social media management and content creation, including experience creating posts, videos, and graphics for platforms like Instagram. /liliExperience working with video and audio, including sound design, audio mixing, color correction, and graphic work. /liliAbility to delegate social media tasks to students, guide their creative process, and ensure that content aligns with the program’s voice and mission. /liliStrong organizational skills for managing video footage and social media content. /liliComfortable receiving and implementing feedback to refine content and improve outcomes. /liliExperience in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. /liliExperience working in educational or faith-based settings is a plus.
