Job Description Reporting to the Head of Business Control & Structured Finance, the Financial Controller will play a key role in monitoring and optimizing the financial and economic performance of the Group, ensuring full alignment between corporate strategy, control processes, and financial reporting. Key Accountabilities Economic and Financial Control & Analysis Supervise and validate accounting and management data of the Group's legal entities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance. Monitor project economic and technical data, ensuring proper cost allocation and alignment with corporate objectives. Analyze production data and operational performance, identifying optimization opportunities and supporting strategic decision-making. Manage and resolve discrepancies, collaborating with Administrative, Budgeting, and Operations areas. Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, setting realistic and challenging financial targets. Analyze variances between forecasts and actual results, identifying issues and proposing corrective actions to improve profitability. Provide advanced financial analyses to support corporate strategies and investment decisions. Monthly Closings & Reporting Coordinate monthly closing activities at both legal entity and Group levels (consolidated OIC and IFRS), ensuring proper recognition of costs and revenues. Prepare structured reports and advanced analyses for top management, supporting decision-making with key performance indicators. Optimize management control models, enhancing reporting and performance monitoring processes. Minimum Requirements Professional Experience: 5 years in management control, business controlling, or financial planning & analysis, preferably in structured and international contexts. Experience with consolidated monthly closings and managing complex budgeting processes. Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of general accounting, analytical accounting, and IFRS principles. High proficiency in financial reporting tools, BI, and data analytics (e.g., advanced Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics). Advanced financial analysis skills, focusing on cost controlling and performance monitoring. Soft Skills: Strategic vision and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to propose innovative solutions for financial performance optimization. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and critical thinking. Leadership and relationship-building skills, capable of interacting with top management and cross-functional teams. Flexibility and proactivity in a dynamic and evolving environment. Education: Degree in Economics or Finance. Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
