What we're looking for
You're a creative Graphic Designer who enjoys visual storytelling and understands how strong design builds audience connection. You'll join a fast-growing US-based podcast production company that works with multiple shows across different niches. The team values creativity, ownership, and collaboration, and you'll play a key role in shaping how podcasts look and feel across major platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.
This is a full-time, remote role where you'll partner closely with the founder and creative team to bring podcast brands to life through artwork, thumbnails, and sponsorship materials.
What You'll Be Doing
Design custom podcast episode thumbnails in square, horizontal, and vertical formats for YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.
Create original podcast artwork that reflects each show's personality and audience.
Develop overall brand guides for shows, including color palettes and typefaces.
Support the creation and design of sponsorship and media kit decks.
Collaborate with producers and creatives to evolve and improve show visuals over time.
Own quality control and ensure all assets are polished before delivery.
Requirements
Strong graphic design skills with a sharp creative eye and attention to detail.
Experience creating digital assets for media, content, or brand-driven projects.
Ability to work independently with light guidance and clear direction.
Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with a remote team.
A high sense of ownership and pride in delivering high-quality work.
Availability to work full-time, aligned with Eastern Time.
Experience designing for podcasts, YouTube, or digital media brands.
Familiarity with branding systems and visual identity development.
Nice to Have
Motion or basic animation skills for future visual experiments.
