A person who can not only teach but more importantly inspire others to be the best version of themselves is required.
A PMA instructor utilizes the tools given to them to impact as many people as possible, is always a student and never lets their ego get the best of them.

Responsibilities Providing A+ Quality of Class Instruction
Instruction of 5-7 High Energy, Vantaggi Driven, and "educating" classes daily
Customer Relations with the students and parents

Qualifications Prior Martial Arts Experience
Black Belt Certificate not mandatory but a plus
