The ideal candidate should have proficiency in T-SQL and either C# or Java. The primary responsibility will be to read the code, understand where the problem might be, and fix simple bugs or incidents. This role is considered a level 2 of support.ROLE AND KEY RESPONSABILITYRole and Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for our applications, focusing on T-SQL and either C# or Java.
- Read and analyze code to identify and resolve issues.
- Fix simple bugs and incidents to ensure smooth operation of our applications.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
- Document solutions and maintain records of issues and resolutions.QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Good Knowledge in T-SQL and either C# or Java.
- Ability to read and understand code to identify and fix issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
