We are seeking someone interested in operating systems, networks, software, and hardware to support users and collaborate with our team.

A Day in the Life of an IT Platform Support Intern…
1. Configuration and implementation of computer networks: Work with global teams to configure and implement secure, efficient networks ensuring connectivity between devices.
2. Participation in innovative projects: Collaborate on developing new technologies and support systems with the Global IT Hub.
3. Support in application installation: Assist with installing and configuring applications on on-premises and cloud servers, adhering to security policies.
4. Testing and deployment of updates: Help test and deploy updates and patches to keep the infrastructure secure and up-to-date.
5. User support: Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues efficiently.
6. IT problem-solving: Identify and resolve reported IT issues using your technical skills.
7. Documentation and monitoring: Record interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system, monitor progress.
8. Collaboration with IT teams: Work closely with local and international teams for effective problem resolution.
9. Continuous updating: Participate in training to stay updated on IT products and systems.
10. Process improvement: Suggest improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency.
