You should be able to think structured about business, product, and technical challenges. /p pThe AWS SA team provides a ramp‑up program that includes self‑paced learning, instructor‑led training, hands‑on projects, job shadowing opportunities, and a peer‑reviewed opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge. /p h3Key Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner with the sales team to design solutions for customers, drive AWS adoption and revenue. /li liBe an AWS evangelist and educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of AWS. /li liEstablish credibility and build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates. /li liParticipate in deep architectural discussions to build confidence and ensure customer success when building new and migrating existing applications, software, and services on the AWS platform. /li liConduct deep‑dive hands‑on education/training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or already using AWS. /li liAuthor or contribute to AWS customer‑facing publications such as whitepapers, tutorials, etc. /li liPresent sessions at AWS and industry conferences. /li liServe as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering support teams. /li liServe as a key member of the sales team to ensure customer success in building applications and services on the AWS platform. /li liScope each customer engagement, with attention towards clear and well‑defined objectives and success criteria. /li liOwn each engagement, and help ensure a timely and successful delivery of value. /li liCapture and share best‑practice knowledge among the AWS SA community. /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liExtensive design/implementation/consulting/devops experience with distributed applications. /li liExtensive experience in infrastructure or software architecture, with knowledge in associated technology areas such as databases and networking. /li liExperience in pre‑sales engineering or solutions architecture for technology/software sales. /li liAbility to travel, including internationally. /li liFluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of other European languages is advantageous. /li liStrong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liTechnical degree required in Computer Science or Maths background. /li liWorking knowledge of software development practices and technologies. /li liExperience with AI/ML technologies. /li liAWS Certifications, e.g. AWS Solutions Architect Associate. /li liExperience with software/technology in a customer‑facing role. /li liExperience with on‑premise to cloud migrations or IT transformations. /li liExperience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS. /li liPresentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT management, and developers. /li /ul pAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
