PSMS group is looking for a strongQuality Compliance Specialist /strong for our Center of Competence "Quality, Product Compliance Standards". /ppbr/ppThe Quality Compliance Specialist is responsible for analyzing, monitoring and recommending improvements and harmonization of quality processes across the organization. The Quality Compliance Specialist ensures implementation and tracking of specific QM measures in line with DIN EN ISO 9001, prepares data for management review, and acts as a central interface to internal and external stakeholders. /ppbr/ppstrongTasks /strong: /pulliTrack and ensure implementation of assigned QM measures in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. /liliPlan, organize, coordinate and control internal subprojects. /liliDesign, prepare and perform plausibility checks on quality reports. /liliInitiate and moderate optimization processes related to quality management. /liliPrepare management review inputs by collecting and consolidating data from the organization. /liliShape the strategic alignment of quality documentation within the company. /liliMaintain the interface between SMS group and interested parties (internal and external). /li /ulpbr/ppstrongResponsibilities /strong: /pulliEnsure timely and complete execution of specific QM measures and follow-up actions. /liliDrive continuous improvement by analyzing quality indicators and deriving corrective or preventive measures. /liliCoordinate and harmonize quality-related processes in collaboration with process owners and IT where applicable. /liliSupport effectiveness control and coordination of system and process audits as required. /liliRegular task-related collaboration and alignment with other departments to reconcile differing interests and requirements. /liliThe role does not include formal personnel management responsibilities under the applicable remuneration agreement. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequirements /strong: /pulliDegree from a university of applied sciences or equivalent qualification in engineering or business. /liliProfessional experience typically between 1 and 3 years in quality management for this role level. /liliPossession of quality-auditor certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is considered an advantage. /liliFamiliarity with DIN EN ISO 9001 requirements and experience preparing quality reports and management-review inputs. /liliAbility to plan and coordinate small projects/subprojects and to moderate process optimization activities. /liliA structured approach to work and good self-management are required for this position. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongCandidates of all genders may apply to the job posting or send their CV to /strong /ppPersonal data will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679.
