He must have a degree in agronomical science. /p pHe /she will closely co‑operate commercial team on defining yearly objectives. This position is for a fully remote person in North West Italy. /p h3Principal Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop actual business increasing the selling of the product to old customers /li liDevelop new businesses, find new customers and create good relationships with them /li liBuild relationships with growers, consultants, and distributors to drive sales /li liCollect information from the market useful to understand new opportunity to sell or risk to lose revenue /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Agronomy. Masters degree is a plus. /li liMinimum of 3 years of experience in agriculture or agronomic roles especially connected with sales. /li liProficiency in specialty agriculture production practices. /li liEnglish level B2-B1 /li liStrong negotiation skills /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liKnowledge of the area assigned /li /ul ul liProficiency in MS Office tools. /li liStrong work ethic with a customer‑focused mindset. /li liAbility to build partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders. /li liSelf‑starter with attention to detail and a collaborative attitude. /li /ul pAbility to travel by car in the area assigned: 80% /p pReady to make an impact?
