MISSION
Support and implement the L&D strategy by acting as an internal consultant and designer for development topics, for the country safety strategy and with a special focus on the corporate population to develop. Relates to the external Safety Manager (RSPP) to ensure a proper training plan to sustain the population coverage with trainings and certifications. Design local education projects, relate to the internal clients and guarantee a successful deployment. Guarantee the company standards while designing and organizing new training actions. Support the Head of Talent Management at designing and deploying the individual development plans for corporate population.
KEY ACTIVITIES
* Adaptation of Development materials
* Design and implementation of local L&D projects
* Guarantee implementation of assigned projects according to business strategy
* Guarantee of a constant training plan on safety topics
* Design of minor training projects and modules
* Follow up on the projects with all the stakeholders to guarantee sustainability and effectiveness
* Analysis of L&D KPI’s to provide reports
* Roll out in class training modules when needed (Sephora DNA related, transversal topics)
* Support in the roll out of IDPs
* Be a sponsor of the HR department in the motivation, engagement and development of employees (focus on HO)
* Daily cooperation with all other HQ departments in order to guarantee synergy in the training flow of communications and actions implemented
* Be a Digital Ambassador to improve all the L&D processes and omnichannel approach
* Be an ambassador of company’s values and culture
SKILLS REQUIRED
* Fluent in Italian & Good knowledge of English
* Previous experience in Project Management & content design
* Health & Safety expertise is a plus
