The Digital Health Solution Executive works out of our offices in Milano or Rome.Within the Core Laboratory Division, the role involves promoting, presenting, and driving the sales of consulting services and IT engagements within the region. These initiatives aim to enable healthcare providers to improve cost efficiencies, operational productivity, and patient care quality.What You’ll DoLead the development and presentation of proposals to sell and deliver client engagements that design and implement business and technology solutions for medium to large healthcare providers.Support implementation, oversee the quality of deliverables, and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Act as a trusted advisor to the customer.Serve as SME for industry trends, changing market regulations, and healthcare policy within the defined customer segment.Build and preserve customer relationships to drive new sales and protect existing business.Develop a healthy and credible opportunity pipeline for new projects and value expansions by understanding and identifying customer needs.Negotiate contracts resulting in long-term commitments and manage the process from quotation to contract.Integrate insights from ongoing business analysis into a multi-year strategic plan.Coordinate appropriate Abbott resources to execute the strategic account plan, including assigning roles, expectations, responsibilities, and timelines.Ensure all activities comply with quality system requirements.EducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.Bachelor’s degree in medical, life sciences, or medical technology is preferred.Required QualificationsMinimum of 4 years experience in selling digital health solutions.Proven track record in Pre-Sales, Sales, and/or Business Development.Experience in Hospital, E-Health, Outpatient Care, or Diagnostics sectors.Expertise in IT technology within healthcare environments and understanding how technology drives value.Experience in building business on current accounts and creating profitable new accounts.Strong relationship-building and consulting skills.Service-driven, commercially minded.Fluency in Italian and English.Proven track record supported by management and customer references.IT-Consulting and Diagnostics experience are preferred.
