Your role
We are seeking an HSE Specialist to redesign our Integrated Management System.
* Prepare two separate document management systems for HSE and Quality, starting from the current integrated system.
* Develop an online platform (SharePoint) for archiving, publishing, and sharing HSE-related documents.
Main Responsibilities
* Review existing documents (manuals, procedures, operative instructions).
* Ensure document consistency with actual practices.
* Align documents with EL group standards where necessary.
* Design and manage a SharePoint site dedicated to HSE topics.
* Create and organize sites, pages, and content.
* Utilize web parts, document libraries, and permission settings.
Main Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
* Excellent written Italian communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy; experience in technical documentation is a plus.
* Interest in management system standards, especially ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 knowledge is a plus.
* Familiarity with environmental and workplace safety regulations is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools.
* Fluency in English.
* Willingness to learn and independently resolve problems.
* Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Team-oriented with cross-departmental collaboration skills.
