Move with us for a better world! /p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused bDigital Customer Success Specialist /b to ensure a successful activation of Technogym Digital Ecosystem, proactively supporting the Client in achieving Success on the most suitable KPIs. You will generate Best Practices on Customer Success that can support the sales team in maximizing product penetration and positioning. Additionally, you will contribute to maximise the number of people actively using the mywellness cloud platform, exploiting any upsell opportunity on software, devices and services (e.g. consulting). /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liGuide new customers through onboarding, setup, and training to ensure effective adoption and understanding of the product or service. /li liBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and success criteria. /li liProactively engage with customers through multiple channels to monitor satisfaction, provide support, and collect feedback. /li liEducate customers on product features, updates, and best practices to help them maximize value and achieve desired outcomes. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, support) to deliver seamless and consistent customer experience. /li liAddress and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention. /li liManage customer accounts, including renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, to drive growth and meet revenue targets. /li liMonitor usage and adoption data to identify at-risk accounts and develop proactive retention strategies. /li liGather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for product enhancement. /li liDevelop customer success plans, training materials, and documentation to support long‑term engagement and product utilization. /li liPromote customer advocacy by identifying satisfied clients for testimonials, case studies, and referrals, contributing to brand reputation and growth. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down‑to‑earth and ethical. Experience of, or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent account management/solution selling/strategic thinking/relationship skills. /p pWhat you should bring: /p ul liMinimum of 3 years of experience in digital sales or a related field. /li liExcellent English proficiency and strong knowledge of digital products and market trends. /li liProven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales processes. /li liStrong analytical skills and ability to conduct market analysis and benchmarking. /li liDemonstrated project management and goal orientation abilities. /li liExperience in coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing customer relationships. /li liExcellent negotiation and sales techniques. /li liAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.br/ /li /ul h3Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer /h3 pTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
