The Role: Supply Chain Analyst
Supporting the Operations function on a fixed‑term maternity cover at our Ravarino (MO) HQ, you will analyse and interpret supply‑chain data to inform data‑driven decisions, identify inefficiencies, and contribute to the optimisation of production, quality and logistics processes.
The Day‑To‑Day
* Analyse operational data across the supply chain to identify risks, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
* Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track performance and help define and measure KPIs.
* Identify trends and anomalies through data analysis, communicate them to relevant stakeholders, and support improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Logistics and IT teams on data‑driven projects, owning the full delivery of results.
Qualifications
Key qualifications required include:
* Knowledge of the fashion industry and production structure.
* In‑depth knowledge of Excel and experience with BI and data visualization tools.
* Ability to work independently with data and manage priorities.
* Proactive mindset, problem‑solving approach, and interest in process optimisation.
* Good communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
