Key Responsibilities Design and implement data pipelines in collaboration with data users and engineering teams. Ensure reliability, data quality, and performance of data assets. Translate complex business and analytics requirements into high-quality data assets. Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and performant code. Redesign and optimize existing data pipelines using latest technologies and best practices. Collaborate with solution engineers, data scientists, and product owners to deliver end-to-end solutions. Support partners with proof of concept initiatives and technical data inquiries. Required Skills Strong software/data engineering skills, proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred). Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks, especially PySpark. Understanding of system design, data structures, algorithms, storage systems, and cloud infrastructure. Familiarity with data modeling and architecture concepts. Experience with CI/CD, data testing, and monitoring. Knowledge of Delta Lake protocol and Lakehouse architectures. Experience with Databricks and Azure data services like Data Factory, Synapse, or Fabric. Additional Skills Effective team collaboration with technical and non-technical members. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. YAML experience is a plus. Work Mode Full remote. Join Us!
