Ph3Role Description /h3 pTo strengthen our Project Management organization, we are looking for a bProject Manager /b with proven experience in managing complex technical projects within a structured industrial environment. /p pThe selected candidate will be responsible for the full execution of projects, acting as the single point of contact both internally and towards the customer, and ensuring alignment with contractual, technical, and organizational requirements. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project risks, and ensuring delivery in terms of bsafety, cost, schedule, and quality /b. /p pThe Project Manager will collaborate closely with Production, Engineering Design, Purchasing, Suppliers, Service, and other departments to ensure effective and successful project delivery from contract validation through commissioning and handover. /p h3Main Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liFull responsibility for project execution (time, cost, quality/performance) from contract validation through commissioning and start-up at customer site /li liAct as the single point of contact for the customer, managing communication, correspondence, and contractual alignment /li liLead and coordinate cross-functional project teams across all project phases, ensuring clear responsibilities and decision-making structures /li liDevelop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and execution plans /li liIdentify, assess, and manage project risks, including mitigation planning, monitoring, and escalation management /li liEnsure compliance with budget, contractual milestones, quality standards, and documentation requirements /li liPrepare and lead regular project reporting, customer meetings, and internal steering committees /li liManage claims, change requests, subcontractor coordination, and escalations in cooperation with internal stakeholders /li liEnsure implementation of all HSE requirements throughout the project lifecycle /li liDrive lessons learned, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement within the organization. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Process Engineering, or equivalent); Master’s degree is a plus /li liAt least 5 years of experience in project management or leadership roles in technical or industrial environments. /li liSolid understanding of project execution processes, including engineering, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning /li liExperience in cost control, scheduling, risk management, and project reporting /li liStrong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret technical and commercial project data /li liStrong decision-making capability in complex and time-critical project situations /li liHigh level of customer orientation combined with commercial awareness /li liExcellent command of English, both written and spoken /li liWillingness to occasional international travels. /li /ul h3Interactive Skills /h3 ul liStrong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to align conflicting interests /li liAbility to operate effectively in complex multi-project environments with changing priorities /li liStrong conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities /li liResilience and ability to work under pressure in time-critical project situations /li liAbility to give and receive feedback constructivelyFlexible, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. /li /ul h3Employment Terms Compensation /h3 ul libEmployment type /b: Permanent contract /li libWorking hours /b: Full-time. /li libLocation /b: Collecorvino (Pescara), with possible hybrid working arrangements according to company policy. /li libBenefits /b: /li liCompany canteen. /li liFlexible working hours. /li liTravel allowance depending on job level. /li liTraining and professional development opportunities. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
