As member of our RD team located in Monselice (Italy), you will contribute to the execution of projects related to short circuit withstand of power transformers supporting as domain expert the design platforms. /ppbHow You’ll Make An Impact /b /pulliPropose and develop new technologies, products, and processes for core type transformers. /liliLead and manage RD projects self-driven on time, on budget, and with the required quality following Hitachi Energy internal standards and processes. /liliMaintain existing and develop new technical standards and design tools for transformers. /liliTransfer your knowledge and findings by elaborating reports, specifications and/or participating in educational programs. /liliAssess production processes and proactively identify gaps and areas of improvement. /liliSupport factories troubleshooting in your domain of expertise. /liliSupport platform developers creating technical specifications in your domain of expertise. /liliDevelop, manage and expand relationships with stakeholders, internal functions, Corporate Research Centers and external relevant parties (e.g. customers, universities). Providing proposals for possible partnerships. /li /ulpbYour background /b /pulliMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years’ experience in Power Transformer industry. Also a mechanical engineers with 5+ years’ experience in Power Transformers design will also be taken into consideration. /liliGood experience in power transformer’s design, testing, and manufacturing. /liliSolid knowledge in Short Circuit physics in power transformers. /liliGood knowledge and use of finite element electromagnetic analysis programs.
