Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor law, human resources, social work, occupational health and safety, or environmental studies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough assessments of suppliers' compliance with labor standards;
* Demonstrate exceptional auditing expertise, including conducting confidential worker interviews, reviewing employment records, and performing wage tests;
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of international, national, and local laws and standards relevant to labor compliance;
* Cultivate strong relationships with internal team members, including training, coordinators, and administrative staff;
* Collaborate with colleagues to accomplish tasks during on-site assessments and reporting processes.
Requirements:
* University degree (graduate level or higher) in Labor Law, Human Resources, Social Work, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environmental Studies;
* Sufficient professional experience to meet the expectations for auditors;
* Proven ability to work independently under varying conditions;
* Excellent time management skills;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English;
* Willingness and ability to travel extensively and frequently.
