* You will:
* Provide accurate employee relations advice to line managers, employees, and HR colleagues based on employment legislation, Electrolux policies, and local practice agreements.
* Resolve issues escalated from the HR Service team, either through own knowledge or through discussion with the Centre of Expertise team, and provide support for specific cases, informing/involving Business Partners as necessary.
* Liaise with legal team / Country HR Manager for complex cases requiring expert input.
* Support managers and HR Business Partners / Country HR Manager / Centre of Expertise teams in completing industrial relations activities on site.
* Analyze trends in employment issues handled through HR Services, identify areas for potential process/policy/tool improvement, and drive process improvement initiatives as appropriate.
* Work closely with Business Partners to calculate labor costs.
* Qualifications:
* Previous experience in HR or a recent graduate in law or economics with enthusiasm and passion for industrial relations.
* Good knowledge of Italian labor law.
* Business acumen and problem-solving attitude.
* A strong belief in personal ability to make a valuable difference and a commitment to core values that drive behavior.
* Independence and strong personal integrity with an empathetic and agile approach.
* Ability to build and manage deep, trusting relationships with the business and colleagues.
* Analytical, logical skills, and a digital mindset.
* Proficiency in Italian and English.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Windows OS.
