Job Description
Our company is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for conducting on-site maintenance and repairs of our products, as well as providing technical support to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and conduct on-site maintenance and repairs of products
* Diagnose system failures and determine cost-effective solutions
* Escalate complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 5 years of experience in technical service, and proficiency in English and Italian languages. Additionally, the individual will be able to travel, hold a valid driver's license, and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
