Ph3Senior Employee Benefits Solutions Analyst /h3 pJoin to apply for the bSenior Employee Benefits Solutions Analyst /b role at bUL Solutions /b. /p pbJob Description /b /p pUL Solutions is looking for a Senior Employee Benefits and Solutions Analyst to join our regional Total Rewards team. You will be responsible for delivering employee benefits cross‑border solutions, supporting the employee lifecycle with a strong focus on efficiency and sustained effectiveness. You will oversee external provider management reporting requirements to support appropriate trend analysis and ensure accuracy of employee records management. This role reports to our Regional Employee Benefits and Solutions Manager. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBe Responsible for Country Benefits Inventory Benchmarking. Support in identifying challenges and recommending solutions. /li liPrepare local proposal or analysis for annual insured benefits (upgrade downgrade). Special catch‑up plan for the countries and budget forecast if needed. Ensure that the respective countries' annual insurance (Term Life, ADD, Medical, Critical Disease, Business Travel, etc.) are renewed on time. /li liCollaborate in creating the Regional Benefits Policy (framework, could be further adapted by country field HR), such as annual leave, paid sick leave, long service award, employee caring, etc. /li liBe responsible for new policy / updated policy employee communication preparation and implementation (open‑call/email/TTT to field HR, etc.). /li liSupport the integration and project harmonization for the acquired business; align the locations practice into country framework. /li liProvide responsive approaches to complex or escalated employee benefit questions. Be the askHR query L2 owner; when a critical case is assigned, coordinate local brokers insurers to properly answer the other benefits query regarding the countries in the region. /li liCollaborate with country field HR team to improve the employee experience locally and/or regionally. Coach and guide the HR team and business leaders regarding local/regional benefits topics. /li liProvide guidance and interpretation of employee benefit policies, procedures, and processes to ensure local adherence and identify areas of risk. Support audits, compliance and other employee benefits programs locally. /li liSupport the development and execution of key employee benefits projects and perform other duties as directed. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity Degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline plus generally above 5–7 years of Total Rewards (COE) experience. /li liDemonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills. /li liExcellent customer service and strong listening skills with an empathetic approach. /li liGood interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies. /li liAbility to utilize multiple systems while handling customers/employees via phone, chat, email, etc. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
