We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the company with (a) managing the end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding process and (b) managing operational activities, including payroll coordination, compliance, and employee experience initiatives. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruiting - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies - Maintain and update the recruitment database - Manage onboarding process People Operations & HR Administration - Oversee new hire documentation, contracts, and compliance with Italian labor laws. - Manage employee records (PTO, attendance, training) using internal HR tools. - Support payroll coordination and ensure accurate compensation processing. - Administer employee benefits and liaise with external providers. - Maintain confidential and organized HR documentation. - Manage compliance with Gender Equality certification. Employer Branding & Process Improvement - Contribute to employer branding initiatives (career pages, social media, events). - Support employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture. - Help shape and improve recruitment processes and best practices - Stay updated on talent market trends and tools to continuously improve sourcing efficiency Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field - 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or tech environment - Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously - Familiarity with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) - Professional working proficiency in both English and Italian - Knowledge of Italian labor laws and payroll processes is a plus.
