Responsibilities Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues. Collaborate with Third Party Vendors to resolve complex AV issues as needed. Communicate promptly on issue status and resolution. Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10, and Microsoft Office 2010. Support Cisco Jabber and basic Mac OS support for Apple PC users. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and hardware. Perform preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers. Perform repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Use diagnostic tools for network and hardware/software troubleshooting. Possess broad IT knowledge, including networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms. This role requires flexibility and teamwork in a project-based environment. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Valid work permit. Extensive IT and computer knowledge. Several years of related experience preferred. Italian language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
