Ph3DETAILS – Hospitality, Sports Leisure /h3 pis the platform responsible for managing Arrow Global’s Hospitality, Sports Leisure assets in Portugal. It currently oversees several hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira and Madeira, as well as the largest golf portfolio in Portugal, including the golf courses in Vilamoura, PGA Aroeira Lisboa, Palmares and Vale Pisão. Internationally, DETAILS also manages two golf courses in Sicily, integrated within the Costa Ragusa destination. In addition, it is responsible for the management of the Vilamoura Equestrian Centre. /p pbGolf Operations Manager /b is responsible for the smooth and efficient daily operation of the golf facility, ensuring an outstanding guest experience and the achievement of operational and financial objectives. The role works closely with the management team to enhance service standards and support the overall success and development of the venue. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee daily golf operations, including the driving range, pro shop, and cart fleet /li liEnsure high-quality course conditions in coordination with the groundskeeping team /li liSupervise, train, and develop golf operations staff, including scheduling and performance management /li liEnsure excellent guest and member experience, including tee time management, check-ins, and issue resolution /li liPlan and coordinate golf events, working with sales and marketing to drive participation /li liManage inventory, retail operations, and equipment procurement /li liEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards /li liPrepare operational and financial reports /li liSupport the setup of operational procedures and systems (front office, retail, caddie services, booking systems, player services) /li liParticipate in recruitment and training of the golf operations team /li liSupport the General Manager in commercial and operational initiatives /li liRepresent the venue at international golf fairs and industry events, when required /li /ul h3Key Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred) /li li3–5 years of experience in golf operations or hospitality/sport management roles /liliStrong skills in operations, customer service, event management, and financial oversight /li liProficiency in management systems and Microsoft Office tools /li liAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays /li liFluency in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage /li /ul h3Location /h3 ul liRagusa /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
