As a Senior Manager, Sales Leader within Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will help drive the adoption and growth of emerging cloud-based technologies and assist healthcare customers in transforming their service delivery models to improve patient, provider, and researcher experience.
\n
Your responsibilities include developing and managing a growing, complex customer base for our healthcare accounts, deepening business and technical relationships, and launching new customer services by defining, identifying, and pursuing key opportunities. You will determine effective go‐to‐market strategies and collaborate with AWS Solution Architects, Partners, Legal, Marketing, Product, Capture/Contracts, and Executive leadership.

You will establish deep business and technical relationships through your knowledge of the customer's goals and environment, engaging in day‐to‐day interactions with customers and our ecosystem of partners (SI's and ISV's). The ideal candidate possesses a sales and technical background, team leadership experience, and the ability to operate at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. You should be able to think strategically about healthcare priorities and technical challenges and convey compelling technical solutions.

In this role, you will:
\n
Drive revenue growth and market share for your customer and AWS.
\n
Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships, including senior executives and industry partners.
\n
Serve as the AWS account team leader, helping advance our customers' strategy in healthcare.
\n
Articulate and implement strategic territory and account plans aligned to AWS's strategic direction.
\n
Maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline and forecast new business opportunities.
\n
Understand the technical considerations, certifications, and customer procurement processes.
\n
Identify specific prospects/partners/channels to approach while communicating a relevant value proposition for your customer.
\n
Work closely with customers to ensure they understand relevant cloud use cases, succeed using AWS services, and build the technical resources required to embrace cloud services fully.
\n
Understand the business and technical requirements of your customers, and work closely with their IT development team(s) to guide the direction of our product offerings for developers.
\n
Collaborate with AWS's Legal & Contracting teams to manage complex contract negotiations.
\n
Accelerate customer adoption and ensure customer satisfaction.
\n
Expect moderate travel.
\n

Engage with key business and IT stakeholders to support strategic initiatives that deliver value to partners and their customers, drive innovative solutions through collaboration with designated partners, balance technical engagement with commercial focus for long‐term success, and drive a global go‐to‐market strategy with commercial teams using co‐marketing and co‐selling motions.

About the team The HealthTech team engages with strategic ISVs and innovative provider organizations to support healthcare delivery and solution development & deployment. The account teams work closely with various organizations (e.g., WWSO, APO, BDs) to develop product roadmaps, build solutions, and execute jointly developed go‐to‐market strategies.

Basic Qualifications
\n
Experience in technology‐related sales, business development, or equivalent.
\n
Experience in sales management or equivalent.
\n
Experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalent.
\n
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree.
\n
Bachelor's degree.
