La risorsa in questione entrerà a far parte di un team già formato, composto da diverse figure, al fine di occuparsi di social caring e monitoring del sentiment online del brand.L'attività consisterà in: - Gestione delle community online per conto dei clienti dell'agenzia; - Reportistica; - Coordinamento col Customer Care del cliente; - Coordinamento con il team responsabile. REQUISITI - Laurea in Scienze della Comunicazione o Marketing (triennale o magistrale); - Conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office: - Competenze informatiche generali: email, navigazione web, live chat, videoconferenze online; - Competenze nell'uso dei principali social media (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Linkedin, eccetera).
