Saipem is “One Company” organized into business lines: Asset Based Services, Drilling, Energy Carriers, Offshore Wind, Sustainable Infrastructures, Robotics & Industrialized Solutions.Saipem Energy Carriers Business Line, is looking for a Project Management Engineer for the Onshore Project Management Function – ONPROMThe main tasks are:Coordinates the preparation of reporting for specific activities of the project execution as defined, case by case, by the PMAssists the Project Manager during project planning, e.G. preparation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and other project procedures and plansAssists in the allocation resources and in the assessment of the man-hours required in order to prepare/update the Project Mobilization Plan (PMP)Coordinates specific activities (internal or external to the project), related but not limited to project management, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, at home office or at sitePrepares the Project External Interfaces Management ProcedurePrepares the Project Risk Management PlanPrepares the Vendor Assistance on Site Procedure, manages the Project Vendor Assistance on site from the notification of Vendor intervention until the completion of the Vendor services, monitoring costs, reviewing the schedule of the interventions, reporting periodically on the status and criticalities of the activitiesPrepares the Project Guarantee Claims Management Procedure with Vendors and – during the guarantee period - ensure the fulfilment of the guarantee requirements by Vendor. Prepares the Project Guarantee Claims Management Procedure with Client and – during the guarantee period - manages the process of notification, reparation and closure of any issues on guarantees raised by ClientPrepares the Project Back Charge Procedure and supports the management of the back charges work processAssists in managing change orders and claims, and supports dispute resolution activitiesSupports the continuous monitoring of specific critical supplies contributing to the achievement of expected milestones and the resolution of technical and contractual issuesWhat are we looking for?
