Ph3The Opportunity /h3pThe Quality and Safety Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the integrated Quality and Safety Management Systems across the organization, with a strong focus on employee health and safety and the maintenance of company quality standards. This strategic role aims to ensure regulatory compliance, foster a culture of safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across all departments. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliIntegrated System Management: Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) ensuring cross-departmental integration. /liliHealth and Safety: Ensure compliance with current health and safety regulations, identify risks, propose preventive and corrective measures, and promote awareness and training initiatives. /liliQuality Assurance: Supervise quality control activities, internal audits, non-conformity management, and corrective / preventive actions, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer requirements. /liliContinuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement projects by analyzing data and KPIs, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing innovative solutions. /liliTraining and Organizational Culture: Collaborate with the HR department to develop training programs and promote a company culture focused on quality and safety. /liliReporting and Communication: Prepare periodic reports for senior management, providing detailed analysis and strategic proposals. Actively collaborate with all departments to ensure effective communication and shared goal management. /liliCross-Functional Projects: Support the Managing Director in managing specific projects related to quality and safety, acting as a technical and operational reference point. /li /ulh3Organizational Relationships /h3pReports directly to the Managing Director for project-related and strategic activities. Works cross-functionally with all company departments, acting as a facilitator and coordinator for quality and safety matters. Office based. /ph3Safety /h3ulliAppointed by the Managing Director as Head of the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP). /liliManage and coordinate all health safety activities following Legislative Decree 81 / 2008. /liliDevelop and maintain the Risk Assessment Document (DVR). /liliPromote a strong safety culture through awareness campaigns and training. /liliCollaborate with the Company’s appointed medical doctor and cross-functional teams. /liliProvide safety support during new employee onboarding. /li /ulh3Quality (ISO 9001 : 2015) /h3ulliOversee the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 : 2015 standards. /liliCoordinate internal audits and support external certification audits. /liliWork collaboratively with teams to enhance process efficiency and performance. /liliMaintain all quality documentation, including manuals, procedures, and work instructions. /liliLead quality-focused training and communication initiatives. /li /ulh3Possible additional tasks /h3ulliThe Manager can be function representative during internal meetings. /liliThe Manager can be Company representative at Global Group, Proman. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliHigh school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. /liliRequired at least, minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. /liliThorough knowledge of health, safety, and quality regulations. /liliProactivity, sense of initiative, ability to organization and time management. /liliAnalytical mindset and proactive problem-solving approach. /liliTeam-oriented with high collaboration skills. /liliMandatory fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken). /liliFamiliarity with business IT systems and tools. /liliPreferable (but not required): /liliCertification as an occupational safety trainer (DM 6 / 3 / 2013). /liliInternal Auditor qualification for ISO 9001:2015. /li /ulpWe encourage candidates who may not meet every single requirement to apply, as we provide opportunities for growth and learning. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
