The Global Digital Transformation Team, part of the Global Marketing Organization at Bracco, is leading the end-to-end digitalization of marketing, sales, and customer service processes. The team focuses on designing and delivering value by augmenting people capabilities, enhancing technology platforms, and business processes.
The Digital Marketing Technology Specialist will be part of the Digital Transformation team and work close ties with the IT department and the Global Marketing team, playing a central role in empowering digital user experience and shaping the next generation of Bracco’s digital marketing platforms. In a nutshell, the Digital Marketing Technology Specialist bridges the gap between digital marketing strategies and the technology used to execute them. This role requires a blend of technical skills, marketing knowledge, and analytical abilities.
Following a successful onboarding, the individual will lead technical development teams in delivering high-impact solutions, driving enhancements across the mar-tech stack including portals, platforms and proprietary apps. This role will be a key enabler of Bracco’s Omnichannel operating model, partnering with Marketing Communications and other Marketing teams, to address their digital needs and ensure seamless execution.
Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks
* Co-design, implement, and improve Bracco’s digital marketing platforms (e.g., websites, Global Academy, Veeva Promomat)
* Enhance and support the users’ experience by shaping the next generation of marketing platforms through agile processes and digital best practices, in close coordination with ITS and developers.
* Support digital campaign setup and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, including customer journeys implementation, following campaign leader requirements.
* Lead technical teams in agile sprints to deliver platform improvements and feature releases.
* Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure timely delivery across stakeholders.
* Act as a liaison between Communications, Marketing teams, and technical delivery teams, ensuring clear planning, prioritization, and support.
* Foster strong collaboration with ITS to ensure aligned delivery, compliance, and system integration.
* Track platform and project KPIs to drive improvements and user-centric evolution.
* Ensure all digital marketing activities are compliant with privacy, branding, security, and customer experience standards.
Professional Experience and Knowledge
* Up to 5 years of experience in digital transformation or digital marketing technology roles, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or consulting environments.
* Hands-on experience with digital platform operations and technical delivery, including CMS systems, CRM integration, marketing automation, and digital event platforms.
* Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (CRM, Marketing Cloud) is highly preferred.
* Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, UX/UI optimization, and digital marketing KPIs.
* Solid understanding of agile project management frameworks, sprint execution, and backlog management.
* Structured problem-solving skills: ability to self-start, learn on the job, and adapt to new technologies quickly. A positive attitude, empathy, and a customer-oriented mindset are essential to effectively engage in agile team sprints.
* Passionate about new technologies and their application to real-world business use cases, with a strong customer-centric innovative mindset.
* We are seeking a highly adaptable individual who can adapt to changing priorities and quickly learn new processes within our fast-paced environment.
Education
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or computer science preferred.
* Degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields will be considered if accompanied by strong technical competencies.
