Explore channels to connect with target new sellers interested in Amazon Global Logistics service.Connect with sellers.Help seller complete onboarding process.Help seller start to ship and grow their business.Provide answers for Frequently Asked Questions about service introduction, onboarding process, etc.
A Day in the Life
Connect with sellers via e‐mail, WeChat, and phone calls.Talk with sellers, provide answers for FAQ, and guide sellers through onboarding process.Talk with sellers to solve their pain points during work with GM.Work out solutions (from available GM product list) to help sellers reduce shipping costs, improve supply chain efficiency, and win their trust.Summarize seller portrait and improve blurbs for target seller pitching.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Experience in English‐language communication skills, both written and verbal.3+ years of cross‐functional project delivery experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of supply chain experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data to inform decision‐making processes.Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.
