In support of the Media Manager and Media Coordinator, the Media Planner is responsible for planning advertising campaigns, suggesting the most suitable channels based on historical analyses configured on an ad‑hoc KPI structure. The core responsibilities of the role include ensuring compliance with defined guidelines, supporting the planning of institutional communication offline and online, and coordinating the set up of creative campaign production. Qualifications
Supervise activities in accordance with the Brand communication strategy to guarantee relevance to guidelines. Support the planning of offline and online institutional communication, suggesting appropriate channels in line with strategy and budget. Manage, evaluate and measure appropriate channels to ensure planning is respected per required standards. Supervise, monitor and measure media activities of each campaign to achieve expected objectives for relevant brand(s). Coordinate the set up and creative production of campaigns in accordance with guidelines to ensure brand image coherence. Promote role learning through proactive team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving effectiveness‑efficiency. Promote the adoption of digital technologies within the function, both in process management and in relations with internal and external stakeholders.
What we are looking for
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or within digital marketing (either in-house or in communication agencies). Strong ability to interact with multiple internal stakeholders (Brand and Digital Marketing teams) and external partners such as communication agencies. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Genuine interest and passion for the fashion industry. Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
