The Site Manager will be the technical and operational point of reference for the client, ensuring service quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. The work location will be at the Client’s facilities. /ppbr/ppstrongMain Contract Responsibilities /strong /pulliOperational management of the on-site technical team (lubricators, vibration analysts, maintenance technicians) /liliContinuous monitoring of safety, quality, and environmental impact /liliPlanning and supervision of activities including: /liliPredictive maintenance (vibration, thermography) /liliLubrication and oil analysis /liliRoot Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), identifying failure causes and proposing solutions in collaboration with engineering /liliField rotor alignment and balancing /liliMinor mechanical maintenance /liliValidation and optimization of control and lubrication plans /liliManagement of technical reporting and monthly KPIs /liliPoint of contact between client and company, managing billing activities for both the base scope and additional tasks /liliTraining of operational staff and support for technical team development /liliMaintenance of vibration database and condition monitoring software /li /ulpThe selected candidate will be responsible for implementing and autonomously managing the predictive and preventive maintenance service based on client needs, training the team on operational activities, especially those related to vibration analysis (correct sensor placement, fault diagnosis, misalignment, etc.) /ppbr/ppstrongMinimum Requirements /strong /pulliDegree in Engineering (preferably mechanical or similar) /lili≥ 10 years of experience in condition monitoring, reliability, and industrial maintenance /liliPrevious experience managing maintenance teams /liliISO 18436 CAT2 certification (vibration analysis) /liliTraining for working in confined spaces will be considered a plus /liliKnowledge of maintenance policies for operating machinery, preferably in petrochemical/energy sectors.
