JOB PURPOSE
Support the General Secretariat Office activities in all secretarial matters, ensuring they are run smoothly and efficiently for Prada Brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Booking of travel tickets & accommodation, updating travel related reports.
* Provide secretarial and administrative support to the offices.
* Maintain the Offices’ archives updated and in order, with specific regards to whose of the Legal department.
* Ordering of stationery, pantry supplies & office supplies.
* Coordinate printing of office stationery and name cards.
* Assists in sending & receiving of mails and couriers.
* Maintaining and updating the shoplist, telephone and fax numbers in frequent usage by staff.
* Answer the phone, take messages or refer calls to appropriate staff member.
* Ensure that all Company communications are handled properly and in compliance with Group standards.
* Review outgoing correspondence for correctness and completeness, ensuring that appropriate material is attached. Prepare communications, memos or other reports for internal or external distribution.
* Assist in other ad hoc duties or office admin projects when needed.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Bachelor's Degree
Good communication skills and strong ability to multi-task
Fluent spoken English expected, other languages desirable
Perfect mastery of all Office programs
