We're a SaaS company focused on the marketing and media space with over 200 team members globally.

The Role and its responsibilities
As an Accounting and Administration Specialist, reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:

Bookkeeping cost and revenues item at statutory and management account level by Cost Center, Profit Center and Business Unit;
Bookkeeping of Vendor (suppliers) Invoices (italian, CEE and extra CEE) and support to the accounts payable cycle;
Billing related to Customer invoices, reminders to clients and credit collection activities;
Personnel cost records (monthly and annually) by Cost Center, Profit Center and Business Unit;
Assets management (Tangible and Intangible assets) and calculation of depreciation/amortisation;
Preparation of Accruals, deferred and general provision (for monthly, half-year, year-end closing) about revenues, costs, overhead expenses, bad debts etc;
ICO reconciliations and related accounting;
Fiscal declarations: Intrastat, LIPE, IVA declarations, Withholding tax, Transfer Pricing, R&D tax credit
Support to the preparation of the report useful for drafting the Statutory financial statement and consolidated financial statement (balance sheet, income statement, explanatory note, cash/investment statement);
General support to the Finance & Controlling team

Skills required
3-5 years' experience in a similar role
Degree in Economics or Business Administration (administration, accounting High school diploma will be considered a plus);
Knowledge of one or more ERP
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office suite
Problem solving, attention to detail, flexibility and multitasking skills
Capable of working under pressure, being independent from an operative and decision perspective
Ability to meet deadlines

Interview Process
The interview process will begin with a brief phone call with HR (15 minutes) to introduce the role. This will be followed by a more in-depth HR video interview.
Next, you will meet your future team through a technical video interview (45 minutes) focused on your skills and relevant experience.
The final stage will be an interview with the Head of Department and/or other key team members.
