Additional qualifications or certifications are advantageous. /liliApproximately 7+ years of experience in finance operations, with hands-on involvement in finance systems and core processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report). /liliStrong interest in technology, with a willingness to explore and apply new tools to improve workflows and productivity. /liliAnalytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities, particularly in process optimisation and data accuracy. /liliWell-organised, detail-focused, and confident in ensuring adherence to established processes across teams. /liliProactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in fast-paced environments. /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. /liliExperience with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Zapier, Make, 8n8 or similar.
