What will your role be?
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to perform the following activities:
Building Construction Procurement Service :
Develop and execute the best strategy to procure construction and building services. Analyze market trends, manage supplier relationships and ensure the best procurement practices are followed in line with Procurement Processes. Those tasks imply the responsibility of supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
Procurement Project Management (PPM):
Plan and manage procurement projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints. Monitor project progress, manage risks, manage changes and resolve issues with suppliers to maintain project efficiency and effectiveness.
Tender Management :
Lead and manage the tender processes for construction projects. Prepare tender documentation, evaluate bids, and select the most suitable contractors. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.
Contract Management :
Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and legal department, aiming to achieve favorable terms and conditions while maintaining strong business relationships.
Utilize effective negotiation strategies to address price, quality, delivery schedules, and warranties.
Resolve disagreements and potential conflicts during negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project team, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Facilitate effective communication and coordination to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Cost Management :
. Develop cost-saving initiatives and negotiate competitive pricing with suppliers and contractors.
Risk Management :
Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with procurement and construction projects. Propose mitigation actions to ensure project economical stability and avoid extra-costs

Strong expertise in procurement processes and project management, specifically within construction and building projects.
