BeingField Service Engineer (FSE) in Italy(possible locations Milan or nearby areas)is an exciting role since you are the superhero our clients need.
You will directly communicate with clients to ensure our solutions meet their needs.
Your key responsibilities include:
Taking ownership of dispatched customer issues.
Supporting resources dispatched onsite by RFM during commissioning and site services.
Supporting the RFM/PjM during commissioning and site acceptance services.
Delivering support and service solutions for our customers.
Performing all onsite installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance, testing, upgrades, or rework activities.
Following operational procedures, processes, and practices as defined and documented.
Adhering to health and safety instructions and regulations.
Ensuring up-to-date documentation, work instructions, and processes for existing and upcoming service contracts.
Providing feedback through service reports and suggesting corrective actions.
Supporting onsite resources (FSE and SP) during commissioning and services.
Participating in claim management and RMA processes.
Managing service tools and ensuring calibration.
Taking on call duties, including weekends and nights.
Your profileTo excel in this role, you should have:
Education as Electrical Technician or Engineer, with knowledge of ACDC, Low/Medium Voltage, electrical conduits, etc.
Italian & English skills at least B2 level.
Experience with Battery Storage solutions is beneficial.
Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
A valid driving license.
H&S; training for electrical construction site access.
Willingness to work on call and travel 60% of the time.
