We are looking for Coordinators/Educators for our English summer camps designed for children (7-11 years old) and teenagers (12-17 years old). As a coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of the program by guiding, motivating, and supporting participants in a fun, interactive, and immersive English environment. Availability & Locations: Agriturismo Monte Due Torri (Genzano, Rome) - June 15-21 - June 22-28 - June 29 - July 5 - July 6-12 - July 13-19 - July 20-26 - July 27 - August 2 - August 3-9 Agriturismo I Conti (Acqualagna, Pesaro) - June 15-21 - June 22-28 - June 29 - July 5 - July 6-12 - July 13-19 - July 20-26 - July 27 - August 2 Centro Turistico Valbonella (Bagno di Romagna, Forlì) - August 3-9 - August 17-23 Rifugio Madonna delle Nevi (Mezzoldo, Bergamo) - July 27 - August 2 Your Responsibilities as a Coordinator: - Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment, encouraging participants to speak English confidently. - Oversee and manage daily activities, ensuring participants follow the program structure and camp rules. - Collaborate with the team to organize games, workshops, and interactive sessions with native English tutors. - Monitor the well-being and safety of all participants, making sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. Who are we looking for? - Experience as a camp coordinator, educator, or youth leader in educational, summer camp, or cultural programs. - Fluent English skills (minimum B2 level) to manage activities and communicate effectively with native-speaking tutors. - Strong teamwork and leadership abilities to manage groups of children and teenagers. - Passion for teaching and language learning, with an enthusiastic and motivational approach. - First aid certification (preferred but not required).: - Updated criminal background check.
