We are recruiting for the position of :
As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our agent base by executing effective recruiting strategies, mainly focusing on real estate experts. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to identify, engage, and convert top real estate talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments, and brings a strong mix of strategic thinking and operational execution. You’ll have the chance to take full ownership of high-impact projects and contribute to developing our recruiting processes.
Key Responsibilities :
* Recruitment : Implement agent recruiting strategies and campaigns aligned with business needs, in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
* Talent Sourcing : Identify, attract, and recruit top real estate agents using proactive digital sourcing, social media, direct outreach, and referrals.
* Recruiting Funnel Management : Analyze and optimize the recruiting funnel for better conversion, quality, and time-to-hire.
* Candidate Experience : Ensure a high-quality, professional, and motivating experience throughout the recruitment process, aligned with our brand and service culture.
* Employer Branding : Collaborate with Marketing to enhance employer visibility and position our brand as an attractive destination for agents.
* Market & Data Analysis : Analyze real estate market trends, recruitment metrics, and agent data to improve hiring strategies.
* Networking & Relationship Building : Establish strong connections within the real estate industry to maintain a pipeline of top talent.
* Stakeholder Management : Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and impactful results across departments.
Your Profile :
* 5-8 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or business development, ideally within real estate, sales-driven environments, or fast-scaling organizations.
* Proven success in managing recruiting processes or leading cross-functional projects, with the ability to build scalable systems and deliver measurable outcomes.
* Experience working with internal stakeholders and managing diverse expectations across departments.
* High degree of ownership—proactive work style with a results- and KPI-driven mindset.
* Skilled in modern sourcing techniques (social media, referral programs, digital campaigns) and building talent pipelines.
* Strong commercial mindset with understanding of branding, positioning, and market dynamics.
* Experience with CRM, ATS, and recruitment analytics tools.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
* Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
