Making Science is looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Padua.
Roles and Responsibilities

- Design and execute comprehensive 360° social media strategies aligned with client business goals (brand awareness, lead generation, or community growth).
- Oversee the creation of engaging, platform‑specific content (copy, video briefs, and aesthetics) for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Monitor KPIs and deliver in-depth monthly reports, translating likes and shares into actionable business insights.
- Lead the brand's voice in digital spaces, fostering authentic engagement and managing reputation.
- Actively identify emerging trends, platform updates, and viral opportunities to keep clients at the forefront of the industry.
- Work closely with the Paid Social, SEO, and Design teams to ensure a cohesive omnichannel approach.
- Act as primary point of contact for social media projects, presenting strategies and results to stakeholders with confidence.
Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably within a digital agency environment.
- Professional proficiency in Italian and good English level is mandatory.
- Expert knowledge of the Meta ecosystem, TikTok Shop/Ads, and LinkedIn for Business.
- Familiarity with social listening tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio).
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to provide clear creative direction to designers and videographers.
- A self‑starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
