Your Challenge
As
Electrical Protection Engineer
some of your main activities will be:
- Design and develop technical applications for protection, control, and measurement devices
- Execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) both in Italy and abroad
- Develop testing tools and procedures to ensure system reliability and performance
- Gain expertise in Siemens Electrification & Automation product portfolio (protection, control, measurement)
- Support the technical development and configuration of protection systems for HV/MV applications
- Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing activities
- Establish yourself as a technical and theoretical reference point within the team for electrical protection systems
- Become the national reference for Siemens' Protection Portfolio
- Acquire the skills to independently manage protection and automation projects
Required entry qualifications:
- You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
- You are fresh graduate or you have a technical academical background
- ITS Degree;
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Passion to never-stop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
- Eligibility to work in Italy
