PpTrillium Pumps Italy is looking for a bJunior Proposal Engineer. /b /p pProposal Engineer reports to the Service Italy General Manager and is part of Aftermarket Service Center Italy (Massafra). Proposal Engineer carries out most of its activities during the offer phase, working in close collaboration with the Technical Engineer and Regional Sales Manager, acting as the main customer reference. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCustomer Technical Specification and MR Analysis (received from Sales Team) /li liManagement of Customer queries (deviations and clarifications) /li liCollaboration with Technical Engineers for the Buy Out Items /li liParticipation in technical alignment meeting/call (also in presence at customer site) /li liComplete definition of the cost associated with all offered items /li liDefinition of pricing, based on the indications of GM and Sales Team /li liPreparation of the "offer package", including all relevant attachments (also administrative ones). /li liManagement of supplier portals (updates, new qualifications, scouting, etc.) /li liChecking coherence of the supply scope of the PO received from the Customer vs the latest submitted quote. /li liSupport the PE and PM during internal and Customer Kick Off Meeting (KOM) /li liSalesforce and DOA management /li /ul pThe above activities can be referred both to Budget and Firm Quotations /p h3Qualifications /h3 pBachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Knowledge of English language.
