You’ll work end-to-end on real projects using OpenShot or Shotcut, sharing your authentic editing process, decision-making, and creative problem-solving skills. Execute comprehensive video editing projects—from raw footage organization to polished final export—using OpenShot or Shotcut.Showcase your real workflow, including asset management, sequencing, pacing, and creative problem resolution, while being recorded for AI training purposes.Collaborate with the team to capture your editing rationale and articulate your decisions clearly in both written and verbal formats.Continuously optimize project workflows, ensuring efficiency and high production value at every stage.Troubleshoot technical or creative challenges as they arise, proactively documenting your approach.Participate in feedback sessions, helping refine guidelines for video editing best practices.Contribute to an environment dedicated to knowledge sharing and process transparency.Required Skills And Qualifications
