Experteer OverviewIn this role you drive line performance improvements by leading Ferrero Operational Excellence and Smart Factory initiatives at the Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi and Caivano plants. You act as a change agent, partnering with plant leads to deploy optimization plans and train teams. You coach referents using train‐the‐trainer methods and consolidate progress across initiatives. You also own the Smart Factory rollout and ensure alignment with strategic objectives while developing people and cascading communication.
