1. GXO, a partner in Kering's logistics innovation within the global luxury group, is seeking a WMS Solution Delivery Specialist for the Trecate headquarters in Novara.
2. The selected candidate will participate in a project that combines technology, automation, and sustainable innovation.
3. WMS Solution Delivery Specialist
4. Responsibilities
5. Follow up on solution implementation and ensure alignment between initial requirements and final delivery;
6. Lead testing phases for internal functional testing and customer validation;
7. Participate in test plan development, design, and execution of test scripts;
8. Support operations in process understanding, adoption, and acceptance testing;
9. Act as the point of contact between the software factory and business operations;
10. Configure WMS parameters to support functional and technical changes;
11. Identify gaps and propose solutions;
12. Report bugs, assist in problem identification, and provide resolutions through root cause analysis;
13. Collaborate with operations engineers and process owners to refine business specifications for new functionalities and process improvements;
14. Explain designed processes and new functionalities to key users in operations;
15. Monitor progress and report according to KPIs;
16. Communicate and exchange information with customers and internal stakeholders.
17. Requirements
18. Bachelor’s degree minimum, Master’s preferred, in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering;
19. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in software delivery;
20. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
21. Aptitude for understanding and analyzing large data sets from multiple sources;
22. Ability to organize and present information clearly and concisely;
23. Provide timely and professional support to internal/external customers and vendors;
24. Ability to plan workload in a dynamic environment with changing priorities;
25. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Xray is a plus;
26. Team-oriented with collaborative skills;
27. Comfortable working in a matrix environment and maintaining effective relationships internally and externally;
28. Fluent in Italian and English; additional European languages (ideally French) are assets.
