As a key player in our diagnostic solutions team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical testing services. With over 90 years of experience in elevating the diagnostic laboratory's role in improving patient health, we are now looking for talented individuals to join our winning team.
Our diagnostic solutions are used in routine and complex clinical testing, and are utilized by hospitals, reference and research laboratories, and physician offices around the world. Every hour, more than one million tests are run on our systems, impacting over 1.2 billion patients and more than three million clinicians annually.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
* Documentation and Safety Training Control
* Interface with RSPP
* Support for Tender Office Document Management
* Control of Employee Medical Examination Schedules
* Preparation of Documents and Communications for Delegations and Instrument Replacements
* Quotes, Estimates, and Invoicing in the Max Service
* Calculation of Agency Flat Rate Quotes and Management of Related Invoices
* Maintenance and Updating of Files for Instrument Reconstructed Items
* Maintenance and Updating of MOD (Modifications Made to Instruments)
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Certification of Belonging to Protected Categories under Law 68/99, Article 1
* Familiarity with Excel is Appreciated
* Good Knowledge of English to Interact with International Teams
