Ph3Additional Information /h3 pbJob Number /b /p pbJob Category /b Human Resources /p pbLocation /b Malpensa Terminal 1 S.S. 336, Ferno, Italy, Italy, 21010 /p pbSchedule /b Full Time /p pbLocated Remotely? /b N /p pbPosition Type /b Non-Management /p h3Job Summary /h3 ul liAnswer phone calls and record messages. /li liCreate and maintain filing systems. /li liFile and maintain applicant interview documentation and records. /li liFile, track, and process employment applications. /li liCreate and type office correspondence using a computer. /li liAudit and coordinate distribution of paychecks. /li liCommunicate to all applicants receiving a job offer the necessary documentation required to bring on first day of employment in order to complete I-9 employment verification forms. /li liCreate new employee personnel file. /li liDesign and update the display and content of employee communication bulletin boards (e.g., with regard to employment, recruitment, transfers, and promotions). /li liPost all necessary legal or regulatory notices related to Human Resources in view of all employees as required by law. /li liFollow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. /li liEnsure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. /li liAssist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service. /li liDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. /li liSpeak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. /li liEnter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. /li liMove, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. /li liPerform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. /li liRelated Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience. /li liSupervisory Experience: No supervisory experience. /li liLicense or Certification: None. /li liCompensation: Annual gross salary (RAL) of €22,414. /li /ul h3EEO Statement /h3 pAt Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
