They specialise in innovative renewable energy projects, with a strong focus on CI and energy efficiency initiatives. /ppAs part of their ambitious growth strategy in Europe, my client is seeking a PV Project Manager to oversee the development, construction, and operational performance of commercial and industrial (CI) solar PV assets in Italy. /ppWorking closely with the Head of Operations, Co-Dev team, and Country Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest technical standards. From feasibility studies through to post-construction operations, you’ll be responsible for managing technical aspects, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining the long-term profitability and efficiency of assets. /ppbKey Responsibilities : /b /pulliLead feasibility studies and energy analyses for CI PV systems ranging from 0.5 to 10 MWp /liliDesign system layouts, define material specifications, and support budgeting and planning /liliEnsure all designs and activities comply with local and national regulatory requirements /liliSupport the Sales team in identifying new opportunities, developing technical proposals, and building strategic partnerships /liliAssist the MA team with technical due diligence, as well as capex and opex evaluations for potential acquisitions /liliManage relationships with EPC contractors during the design, permitting, and construction phases /liliOversee installation activities, ensuring smooth coordination between contractors, suppliers, and internal teams /liliSupervise ongoing maintenance and performance optimization of operational assets, including revamping projects /liliEnsure that all assets are operated in line with EPC and OM contractual terms /liliMonitor project deadlines, financial progress, and plant performance, resolving any issues that arise /li /ulpbRequirements : /b /pulliDegree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial) /lili3+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the solar PV sector /liliProficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, PVSyst, and monitoring / CMMS tools /liliStrong technical understanding of PV systems; rooftop PV experience is a plus /liliFamiliarity with Italian CI PV regulations and processes (DSO, GSE, Customs, etc.) /liliHighly organised, autonomous, and results-driven with strong stakeholder coordination skills /liliFluent in Italian and English /liliDriving license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed /li /ulpIf the opportunity to lead impactful energy projects in Italy is of interest to you, please apply directly through the link or contact Georgia Sumnall : /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
