Overview
Join us as a Technical Support Apprentice in Friuli / Veneto. We are looking for an apprentice for a technical service role involving installations and maintenance with a chemical background. The candidate will be supporting our customers in the chemical and food & beverage sectors.
Responsibilities
* Supported in various client locations; primarily at Nalco Water Light production plants, chemical plants in the food, pharmaceutical, automotive, food & beverage and dairy sectors.
* Travel throughout Italy, mainly to Friuli, Veneto, Giulia and other Veneto regions.
* Perform daily technical interventions: provide assistance, troubleshoot issues and, when needed, elevate matters to higher levels.
* Carry out maintenance activities: repair equipment, replace parts, perform light maintenance and general labor.
* Maintain relationships with key plant contacts such as maintenance managers, operators and plant directors.
Qualifications
* Diploma in Chemistry.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Manual dexterity for electrical and hydraulic connections.
* Native Italian language proficiency and good English skills.
* Valid driver’s licence.
* Strong willingness to travel and undertake frequent trips during the week.
* Enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills.
